Mammogram

A mammogram is an X-ray image of your breasts. It can be used either for breast cancer screening or for diagnostic purposes, such as to investigate symptoms or unusual findings on another imaging test. Mammograms play a key role in breast cancer screening and can detect breast cancer before it causes signs and symptoms.

CT

A computerized tomography (CT) scan combines a series of X-ray images taken from different angles and uses computer processing to create cross-sectional images, or slices, of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside your body.

MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) does not use x-rays to form an image. The MRI uses radio waves and magnets to interact with water molecules inside your body to form an image.
